For the churros:

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp vegetable oil (plus more for frying)

For the chocolate sauce:

100g dark chocolate

1 cup milk

1 tsp cornstarch

Make the dough:
In a saucepan, bring water, sugar, oil, and salt to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in flour until dough forms. -
Pipe and fry:
Let cool slightly. Fill a piping bag with star tip. Heat oil to 180°C (350°F). Pipe strips of dough into oil. Fry until golden. Drain on paper towels. -
Coat:
Roll warm churros in a mix of sugar and cinnamon. -
Make chocolate sauce:
Heat milk, chocolate, sugar, and cornstarch until thickened and smooth. Serve warm with churros.
