π Ingredients
For the filling:

200g ground pork or chicken

1 cup finely chopped napa cabbage

2 green onions, finely chopped

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp rice vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste
For assembly & cooking:

20 round gyoza wrappers
-
Water for sealing

Oil for frying

1/4 cup water (for steaming)
For the dipping sauce:

2 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp rice vinegar
-
A few drops of sesame oil

Optional: chili flakes or minced garlic

Make the filling:
In a bowl, mix all filling ingredients until well combined. -
Assemble the gyoza:
Place 1 tsp of filling in center of each wrapper. Moisten edges with water, fold over, and pleat to seal tightly. -
Cook the dumplings:
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Place gyoza flat-side down. Cook 2β3 minutes until bottoms are golden. Add 1/4 cup water and cover. Steam for 5β6 minutes. -
Serve hot with dipping sauce.
